During the activation of your OK app, we ask you for an email address. You will receive a confirmation email verify it is yours. Press the button in the email to confirm the address. A verified email address is required to link a bank account to your OK app and also to "freeze" your OK app if you lose your mobile phone unexpectedly.
Check the inbox of your registered email address. If you do not find anything, check your spam folder. Some email programs are obviously not OK…
Resubmit Email under Settings
Under the 'Settings' tab you can see which email address you filled in. You can change this address by doing the following:
• At iOS: If the e-mail address disappears in the following screen, it is not confirmed yet. If it says it's confirmed, enter the email address you want to use and press Save. You will receive a new confirmation email.
• On Android: The email address is showed in the following screen. If necessary, enter a different email address. Then press the Save icon and you will receive a new confirmation email.
Email addresses that are entered via Settings and are not confirmed within 5 minutes will be deleted.
