If you link a payment account with your OK app, and you see the message "Temporarily unavailable" or if you see this message in a grey bar on the barcode of already linked payment account(s) in your OK app, then that's because we temporarily “blocked” this payment account. The reason for this is likely that this account cannot be used due to a (technical) failure.
Once this is resolved, these notifications will disappear automatically, and you will be able to use the relevant payment account(s).
