This means that no barcode has been found in the picture. This can have several causes;
- The OK app does not link the barcode to the selected card;
- The order of the front and back photos of the ID or card are reversed;
- The barcode is damaged.
In the first case, it may be because you chose the wrong card or brand in the OK app. Verify that this is the case and start adding again.
In the second case, the order of shooting the front and back can be reversed. Please try again and in the other order.
Finally, in the third case you try to take the photo of the barcode again. If you get the same message, click "OK" and follow the steps shown on your screen. When you match the right card, go to ‘Account’ and enter the card number. The OK app checks the card number and adds it to your IDs.
In all three cases, you can save your card and IDs under the heading ‘Other’. This accepts all barcodes and does not match a particular brand.
