Tickets can be offered in different ways, but you always add them the same way. By scanning a QR code, you can purchase a ticket. QR codes are offered via posters, leaflets, internet, or on a location or website you choose to pay with OK.
If you have scanned the QR code you have the option to select the amount of tickets and actually purchase the ticket. Please note that each QR code is linked to a specific date and/or show. Buying a ticket does not mean that the ticket is always valid – please note you buy a ticket for the right date, time etc.
After selecting the right amount of tickets, you continue to pay. Select the correct payment account and click on the right arrow. Now you'll see the total summary of your purchase and the possible discount and/or total of punches will be shown. Click ‘OK’ to accept it or click ‘Not OK’ to refuse it. Finally, we ask you to enter your OK code. If all of this has been approved, the tickets will automatically be placed in the OK app. You will receive a message if a sign-up fee has been added or a punch card is full.
