Tickets can always be forwarded. Handy in case someone purchases tickets for a group of people and wants to share or if you want to sell your ticket and forward it to another person. The advantage of sharing tickets through the OK app is that you can never have two of the same tickets.
When forwarding a ticket, the OK app will create a new QR code and the old QR code will no longer be useful. This way multiple people will never have the same tickets (accidentally or on purpose).
Forwarding your ticket can be done in two ways. The first way is to click on the share-icon at the bottom of the ticket screen. The second way is by clicking on the ticket and to click on the share icon in the top right corner.
When this has been done, there will be a button with the option to forward it. Click on this button. Fill in the right phone number or email address or choose someone from your contacts list by clicking the plus button. Optionally, there is the possibility to write a message that the receiver will get along with the ticket.
Once you've filled everything inl click "Send" in the upper right corner. The ticket will be sent to the desired person and moved to "Sent" in your OK app. As long as the person you sent the ticket to has not accepted the ticket yet, you can retrieve it. Therefore, it is important for the recipient to always accept a ticket.
