This can have two reasons.
The first reason is that there is only room for 9 coupons and punch cards in the overview screen. So if you have more than 9 in your OK app, you can find them by clicking on the list-icon in the summary screen, inside the coupon section, or on the right-hand icon (icon right next to the plus icon). Here you will find your other saved coupons and cards.
If you do not see the desired coupon or a card here, then it’s likely that the due date is expired. This means that the coupon is no longer valid, and you simply can’t do anything about it. Please remember that each coupon or punch card has an expiration date. By clicking on the coupon or punch card in the OK app, you will find more information about the action in question, including the expiration date.
